FAQ

How do subscriptions and packs differ?
Subscriptions renew each billing cycle and grant credits after successful fulfillment. Packs are one-time purchases with no automatic renewal or change to your membership plan.
How long do credits last?
The products currently enabled on this site specify a 365-day credit validity period. They are not permanent credits. Check the latest product terms before buying; account and server records determine expiry for existing credits.
Can I use credits after cancelling renewal?
Turning off renewal stops future renewals and credit grants; it does not by itself mean an immediate balance reset. Current products have a separate credit validity period. Check membership and credit expiry separately.
Does a plan unlock every model?
Access depends on the current catalog and account conditions, with sufficient credits required. Upgrading does not automatically enable unavailable models.
What if my credits have not arrived?
Check your account balance and order status, and allow payment and fulfillment to update. Keep the order ID and avoid paying again before the existing order is confirmed.
Does cancellation or a failed generation refund my purchase?
Turning off renewal is not a refund. Credit adjustments for generation tasks and refunds for purchases are separate processes. Check the relevant task, account and order records.
